Notes: TNG - The Hunted They petitioned for Federation membership in 2366. Their application was suspended upon revelations of abuse of their veterans of the Tarsian War. These veterans under went psychological conditioning and exotic biochemical alterations to make them more of the perfect killing machine, but instead of trying to put them right after the war, they imprisoned them on a moon. These matters are currently drawing to a close and they should be joining the Federation shortly.
