Although small and strikingly attractive for a Klingon, K'Palla is deceivingly strong and physically fit. Her green eyes are her most alluring feature, but is obviously well-endowed in other areas. She is aware of her beauty and tends to use it to her advantage. One might say she is definitely considered "Kirk" material.
K'Palla has numerous scars on her body, which are reminders of her days of training for the "Blood Sisters". These scars could easily be removed, but as a Klingon, she keeps them to honor her father.

K'Palla is very dedicated to her work. She defends her findings as one would defend their own life. It's not that she is conceded, but when she feels she is right, she will stand by it until proven wrong. She has at times used her womanly ways to help convince some to consider her findings as accurate.

K'Palla, is the youngest of three from the House of Da'Gor. Da'Gor, her father, is a Captain in the Klingon Fleet on the Vorcha-class IKS Iron Wind. Her mother, Zorka, is the proud Mistress of the House. Her two older brothers, T'ondar and At'uk, both serve in the Klingon Fleet, wishing to be like their father and captain a starship of their own one day.
When K'Palla was born, it was Da'Gor's wish for his only daughter to be a part of a highly honored and decorated all-female fighting squad in the Klingon Fleet known as the "Blood Sisters". With this in mind, he entered K'Palla into specialized combat training at a very early age, much earlier than normal. Thusly, K'Palla is very versed in many forms of hand-to-hand and weapon fighting styles. But as her strength and fighting prowess grew, so did K'Palla's thirst for knowledge. Between training sessions and regular schooling, K'Palla secretly studied the technical journals of her father's ship extensively and was totally engulfed by it. When the day came for her to apply for the Klingon Fleet's "Blood Sisters" squad, K'Palla broke her father's heart by requesting to go to Starfleet Academy instead to learn more about Engineering. Although he disapproved and was devastated by her decision, Da'Gor allowed his daughter to apply to Starfleet, and always supported her. Not only did this strengthen the bond between father and daughter, but it also strengthened the entire House as everyone wished K'Palla well, even her brothers.
K'Palla has an extensive collection of combat programs for use on the holodecks, with which she trains daily. There are only one or two which she would share with friends. The others are just too dangerous. During her stay at the Academy, K'Palla has taken an interest in an ancient Terran musical icon, known as Elvis Presley, whom she lovingly calls "The Kang". She also has a few holo-programs of Elvis in concert, plus has been known throughout the Academy as the "Best Klingon Elvis Impersonator" this side of the Typhon Expanse.
